Using Stockpoint

Accounts & Security

Keep credentials and devices secure and limit access to trusted team members. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining accurate business information.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the data you enter. We use your data to provide the service, generate reports, prevent fraud, and improve reliability.

Billing & Plan Changes

Paid features follow the pricing and billing terms presented at purchase. If payment fails or is overdue, access may be limited after notice. You can change plans as available in-app or by contacting support.

Availability & Support

We target high uptime but may experience maintenance windows or outages. We prioritize critical incidents and communicate significant disruptions when possible.

Updates & Changes

We may update features, pricing, or these terms to improve performance, security, or usability. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date.

Termination

You can stop using Stockpoint at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risks, or violations of these terms.

Liability

Stockpoint is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service within the prior 12 months where permitted by law.
